Go on a Hyatt High: Sunday Brunch at The Cafe!

With Friday coming in, I can almost feel the weekend and here I am missing the Sunday Brunch at The Cafe inside Hyatt Manila! I just had to go back soon! Why, you ask?

Because entering The Cafe on a Sunday for brunch means having to be welcomed by these babies!

I mean, look at that Foie Gras on Toast with caramelized onions, pistachios and greens. Don't behave yourself and enjoy unlimited servings of this sinful, rich dish alongside either The Cafe's featured bubbly / local beer / cocktails and other non-alcoholic drinks.

I love you!
Also featured on this buffet are shucked oysters, wok-fried lobsters, seafood on ice and Spanish Iberico cured ham. To be honest, this is my kind of place. And because you can literally stay from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, it's definitely worth the visit and a real bang for your buck.

As for the prices, Php2,799.00 net if you just want to avail their in-house non-alcoholic drinks, or take it up a notch at  Php2,999.00 net so you can enjoy free-flowing sparkling wine, local beer and selected cocktails.

Most of all, you can still enjoy the rest of the food from all their stations. Experience a live culinary theater featuring vibrant cooking performed by experienced chefs, making sure that the food displayed are engaging and of the best quality. And each counter highlights fresh ingredients and various culinary methods as well.

The Deli features sushi and sashimi, charcuteries, pates and cheese, bread, terrines, chilled seafood and salads.

The Grill and Griddle recently displayed this MASSIVE Snake River Farm Wagyu Steam Ship, while The Italian displays pasta, pizza and other Italian favorites.

Of course, now buffet is complete without Filipino food and of course, our favorite Lechon!

The Asian playfully displays all kinds of dim sum, Chinese barbecue, wok, noodles and rice.

You can never go wrong with The Comfort and Favorites counter --- where you can get unlimited servings of tempura, fried dim sum, pressure fried dishes, and all other kinds of fried food from around the world.

And The Pastry houses this elegant chocolate fountain, soft serve ice cream, pancakes, waffles, crepes, pastries and cakes! Some of my favorites include their intense dark chocolate mousse and panna cotta!
