Air Asia's Send-Off Camp Out: The Search For The Next AirAsia Storyteller

CREATECAMP is the Philippines’ first social media reality show wherein 5 participants are given a chance to pursue their dreams of becoming an AirAsia Storyteller. Each participant will undergo a rigorous photography, videography and traveling with a purpose bootcaps together with the existing AirAsia storytellers.

The Mentors of this adventurous trip / bootcamp are the following: entrepreneur and photographer Benj Ramos, photographer Enzo Cruz, educator and co-founder of Where To Next Ayen Dela Torre, graphic designer and co-counder of Where To Next Rachel Halili, marketing for The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and Wingstop Nella Lomotan, investment banker and mountaineer Javi Cang, social entrepreneur and adventure maker Patrick Martin, travel and corporate filmmaker Kyrke Jaleco, and photographer Pao Cuarteron.


The finalists, who were part of the 500 entries received online last July, were chosen based on an intense selection process, where revealed during the event. All of them are students from different universities, and others who are very passionate in what they do.

Over one million pesos worth of prizes, trips and a mentorship program are up for grabs for the winner! Most of all, the winner will become part of AirAsia's community of online storytellers.


The following who made the final cut are: Cara Durrano, the adventurepreneur of De La Salle University; Ray Ambler Baguilat, the innovative filmmaker of Baguio; Jaip Saluba, the adventure seeker of Iloilo; Paolo Garrido, the afro wandered of Mapua; Bea Pargas, the creative old-soul of UP Diliman.
