The star of Thanksgiving: Roast Turkey with Water Chestnut and Raisin Pudding and Cranberry Sauce and baked potatoes.

Lamb Shank Stew. Delicious.

Christmas Maki topped with Strawberries.

Sides: Seasonal Vegatables, Mashed Potatoes and Pillaf Rice (not in the photo, already in my belly)

Always remember to start every meal with a prayer.

My first (and only documented) plate of appetizers. The good news is, the place where I sat was near the Roasted Turkey - so yeah, now you know that I was busy when we started eating already.

For dessert, here's some yummy Pumpkin Mousse on a bed of graham cracker crust.

Since there is always an abundance in fruits during the holiday season, indulge on hefty servings of melons and dragonfruit.

The Strawberry Crepe Cake is AH-MEY-ZING.  Light, not too sweet, a perfect way to end my meal.

And to my surprise, there's also this humungous Carrot Cake which is super moist that I ate a couple (or I think, a lot) of slices with coffee. YEP, no need to go to the nearest coffee shop. There's coffee, beer, juice, basically anything you want to drink at Vikings (even milk tea!)
