Le Monet Hotel in Baguio City: Daily Breakfast Buffet at Dinelli Gourmet

The Dinelli Gourmet at Le Monet Hotel in Baguio offers Daily Breakfast Buffet from 6 to 10 AM, and personally it's one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever experienced in Baguio City. The breakfast buffet is inclusive when you get a room at Le Monet, but just in case you're residing in the city and would like to make your morning extra scrumptious, you can avail it for only P495.00.

To add a bit of variations and depending on the availability, the items featured at Le Monet changes, and I knew of this since I've had my breakfast here for two days. At Dinelli, the seating areas are spacious, with locations near the colorful chandeliers or like the one below, which is situated near the tall pine trees. This has to be my favorite spot while staying at Le Monet, not just because of the chilly breeze that gets through the open windows, but also because this area is nearest to the buffet set up. Haha!

Children would love these cereal mixes. Aside from serving it with Le Monet's abundant supply of fresh milk, you can also opt to add in fruits or even yogurt (not the frozen kind) that's also available.

Baguio boasts of the freshest vegetables you can find at cheaper prices, which is why any buffet in the city never fails to serve fresh veggie salads. There's also a medley of pasta salads as well.

I really love how they serve their butter by forming it into cute shapes using a pastry bag and putting them over ice.

The breads are always served fresh, and supplied by their own bakery which is located at the Filling Station beside Le Monet.

I've had the chance to try all their breads and I just love them! My favorite is the one in the middle basket which has seeds and nuts in it.

And who wouldn't love to have some crispy bacon for breakfast? These are laid out on a bed of bread slices which actually helps soak excess bacon fat and retain their crispy texture.

I'm also glad they served salted eggs, which is always best served with tomatoes.

The tocino is cut into big chunks, although they look a bit paler than how I cook them.

Corned beef, anyone?

I can't get enough of these Baguio longganisa. It's not as spicy compared to the Lucban longganisa but its garlicky goodness just keeps me coming back for more.

They also have some forest ham and sausages.

And of course, more veggies! Here's some sauteed sitaw and kalabasa.

And some home fries if you prefer another alternative to your usual cup of rice.

French toast in french bread? Chef Robby Goco, you are such a genius!

Mini pancakes is a box-office hit especially with kids.

It feels like having the best from both worlds when I ate this Cebu favorite: danggit! It's served with another type of salted dried fish.

I have yet to visit Good Shepherd to get me some strawberry jam, so in the meantime, I ate some....or maybe a few slices...okay, a lot of bread with some strawberry jam! I just love anything with strawberries in it.

But apart from the breakfast buffet display, Dinelli Gourmet at Le Monet is proud of their Eggs Benedict, and I couldn't agree more. I mean, look at that!

This is perfect. I will never forget as to how happy I was when I finished this plate.

When I broke that perfectly poached egg, it was like watching food porn. I also appreciate the use of a thinner slice of bread because that way you get to savor the rest of the ingredients even more (plus I've had enough bread earlier already)

And guess what? I ordered a second one. This time I requested my Eggs Ben to have a few slices of forest ham from the buffet area.
