Ever heard of Pizza-Toppings-All-You-Can? Then check out Mad For Pizza in Tomas Morato

Mad For Pizza is one of the newest pizza (and more) joints in Tomas Morato area. It's located at the second floor of the Il Terrazo building, which is one of my most favorite places just because it has everything: a Rustan's Supermarket at the ground floor and a bunch of good restaurants when you go up the first and second floors.

Mad For Pizza also happens to be beside Banapple, so it's not very hard to find; especially since their occupied space is so big and the restaurant's sign is very prominent. Here's a quick peek of their menu:

I only tried it once but I found it to be more affordable than most restos that usually serve such dishes. For starters, Mad For Pizza's House Salad that screams healthy and filling at the same time. I actually enjoy eating salads these days, so I really loved this. For P158.00, this goes out for 2 to 3 people.

If you want something to share with friends or family, Mad For Pizza is a good place to go, and Mad For Pizza's Nachos is the perfect thing that you can order. For P178.00, it's going to be a  a pile of nachos with beef, tomatoes, onions, dressing and that oozingly warm cheese sauce.

Summer may be over, but Manila's humidity isn't going to stop me from sipping on this Frozen Iced Tea, which has just the right amount of cool and sweet. And it's being served in this huge glass too!

For those who are fond of sweet frappucinos or milk shakes, then you can try their Salted Caramel Milk Shake. Since I'm not a fan of sweets, I didn't try this one, but someone told me that it was a bit too sweet for her. Guess I'm not the only one, then :)

But this, I love...because it's purple! This is a Strawberry Mango Iced Tea. Yes, I did wonder though as to how in the world did it become purple.

Mad For Pizza has got three signature pizzas at the moment: Justin's Favourite, Andrea's Creation and Andross' Choice. These are, of course, aside from the many variations that customers are free to do at this unique pizza joint.

So how do you order at Mad For Pizza? What's great about MFP is that they've got a number of choices with the dough that you want to use. There's the classic, herb, garlic parmesan and spinach. Same thing goes for sauces!

After which, you just need to let the servers know what ingredients you prefer to have on your pizza. The ingredients are neatly labeled on the walls of the restaurant so you can see all the choices that they currently have.

Of course, what's not to love if you can have all the freedom that you want to make your own perfect pizza! Of course, taste will always depend on the ingredients that you choose. All ingredients are fresh so you're sure to have the best quality pizza always.

However, say you're not in the mood for pizza. Not a problem! There are a lot more other dishes that you can enjoy at Mad For Pizza, just like this Beef Stew Pasta, which is a hardy pasta dish that is a bit sweet, savory, and very good. It's like a beef stew kind of bolognese. I loved this!

Care for some adobo? Here is Amboy's Angus Beef Belly in Adobo Sauce, served with rice, salsa and some veggies on the side. This meal is just off the charts, and a fancy interpretation of our usual adobo (thanks to the use of angus beef belly)

They also have Fish n' Chips, served with a yummy tartar sauce. The fish is really flaky and crispy without the lack of flavor. I am never a fan of the fastfood kind of fries, though.

But their ribs, oh my, I really liked it. For me, the overall appeal of this dish really comes from its huge portion. This Tennessee Spare Ribs really hits the spot; I just hope there was some rice with it.

So if you are into American food, 80s music (they've got a whole line up of 80's music collage on their walls), and unique pizza combinations, then check out Mad For Pizza!
